When I opened the case on this guitar I honestly thought we had a Private Stock model on our hands. We have had some gorgeous PRS tops in our time but this guitar is simply breathtaking!

2011 specification PRS Custom 24 in Charcoal Burst with Quilted 10 Grade top and bird inlays. Includes hardcase.

 

The Custom 24 is the original PRS…the guitar Paul Reed Smith took to his first tradeshow in 1985. A perennial favourite with musicians, this model has been updated for 2011 with V12 finish, Pattern Regular mahogany neck and uncovered 59/09 pickups wired for a redesigned 5-way blade switch, which offers a dual humbucker option for the first time.
