RETURN POLICY

Telephone & Internet Orders.

Notification of your wish to cancel the contract of sale is required in writing strictly within seven days of delivery.

We request the item is returned undamaged and in its original saleable condition complete with packaging. We would appreciate the prompt return of the item within a reasonable time after cancellation. We reserve the right to take action against the consumer for breach of their statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods during this period.

All costs incurred for shipping and insuring the safe return of the item is the responsibility of the consumer. Refunds are processed within thirty days of return.

Purchases In our Shop.

We do not operate a refund policy however we are happy to exchange or credit any item returned in its originable saleable condition within seven days of purchase.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards. We also accept PayPal and Electronic Bank Transfer (Bank details available on request)

 When purchasing with a credit card the goods must be delivered to the cardholder’s statement address which requires confirmation via our merchant services before despatch thus reducing the risk of credit card fraud. We understand that a third party delivery address (Business address) sometimes may be preferred, this is possible however, and we may request further identification and details. 

 VAT

VAT is applicable to all sales to locations in the European Union membership currently at 17.5%. VAT is exempt for shipments outside European Union membership. VAT is not charged for pre-owned items purchased and sold under the VAT Margin Schemes.

 WARRANTIES

All new items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. All used instruments and equipment has an in-store warranty of 90 days.

DAMAGED & FAULTY GOODS

On delivery any packaging seen to be damaged should be signed "Damaged in transit" and the shipping materials should be preserved for later inspection. Any damage to contents should be reported to us at the earliest convenience. I

All items are fully tried and tested before despatch however if the goods you receive are faulty please notify us of your wish to return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 7 days and we will refund, repair or replace. 

 FRAUD

Wilful acts of fraud will be reported to the necessary authorities and vigilantly pursued to prosecution.
