We advise that you unpack and inspect the goods carefully on delivery and check that the item is as described, fit for purpose and to your satisfaction.
In the unlikely event that the item has been damaged during the shipping process please contact us as soon as possible and strictly within twenty four hours of delivery. Failure to do will jeopardise our ability to take action against the couriers and could affect our ability to refund you. All packaging should be retained for inspection. We may request that you forward detailed photographs of the damaged item and it’s packaging to assist with any investigation. A collection will be organised free of charge at a convenient time once the claims process has been completed.
If you wish to cancel your contract of sale and return the goods we advise you contact us by phone or email as soon as possible (Strictly within 7 days for used items and 14 days for new items). Once the return is authorised we respectfully request the goods are returned promptly within 7 days.
Return postage costs and the safe return of the goods is wholly the responsibility of the customer. We recommend the goods are returned via a reputable courier company and advise that the item is fully insured to its purchase value.
The customer has a legal requirement to maintain a duty of care for the goods whilst in their possession. Goods must be returned in their original saleable condition, unused, without modification, alteration or adjustment and ideally with its supplied packaging. The extent to which a customer can handle and examine the goods during this period is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in the shop.
We reserve the right to refund or to impose a deduction were the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of damage, obvious use or excessive handling during this period.
Refunds will be processed usually within 14 days from the date of us receiving the item.
