Receiving your item

We advise that you unpack and inspect the goods carefully on delivery and asses that the item is as described, fit for purpose and to your satisfaction.

In the unlikely event that the item has been damaged during the shipping process please contact us as soon as possible and strictly within twenty four hours of delivery. Failure to do will jeopardise our ability to take action against the couriers and could affect our ability to refund you. All packaging should be retained for inspection. We may request that you forward detailed photographs of the damaged item and it’s packaging to assist with any investigation. A collection will be organised free of charge at a convenient time once the claims process has been completed.

Returns Policy (Website & Telephone orders only)

If you wish to cancel your contract of sale and return the goods we advise you contact us by phone or email as soon as possible and strictly within 14 days of delivery. Once the return is authorised we respectfully request the goods are then returned as soon as possible.

Return postage costs and the safe return of the goods is wholly the responsibility of the customer. We recommend the goods are returned via a reputable courier company and advise that the item is fully insured to its purchase value.

The customer has a legal requirement to maintain a duty of care for the goods whilst in their possession. Goods must be returned in their original saleable condition, unused, without modification, alteration or adjustment and ideally with its supplied packaging. The extent to which a customer can handle and examine the goods during this period is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in the shop.

We reserve the right to refund or to impose a deduction were the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of damage, obvious use or excessive handling during this period.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of us receiving the returned item.

 

Goods bought in the Shop (Face to face selling)

We do not offer a refund for goods bought in store. At our discretion we are happy to exchange an item for goods to the same value if returned within 14 days of purchase in its original saleable condition.
