YOUR RIGHTS. In accordance with the DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS 2000.
- The consumer is required to send notice of cancellation in Writing, Fax or E-mail. (A telephone call is not enough)
- The regulations impose a responsibility on the consumer to take "reasonable care" of any goods that have been supplied.
- The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging within ten days of the notification of cancellation.
- The Consumer is responsible for all costs in relation to the return of these goods. (Frets Guitar Centre can arrange collection of these goods if required)
- Refunds (less any shipping charges) will be returned via the method of payment within 30 days of the return of the goods.
HOW YOU CAN PAY. We accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Debit, Switch.
We also payments accept PAY PAL (+4%) and Amex (+2.5%) an additional surcharge is required.
Should you wish to pay by alternative method such as cheque or postal order please allow 14 working days for processing.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY. Items will generally be despatched within seven working days. Customers will be notified if any item is out of stock and estimated time for delivery. Standard shipping is costed for orders to the United Kingdom mainland only.
Shipping costs to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and other offshore locations is charged accordingly, as are all International orders both in and outside the EU. The checkout will show no charge for locations outside the UK. Customers will be given a quotation before despatch. Quotations available on request.
When purchasing with a credit card the goods must be delivered to the cardholders statement address, this is confirmed via our merchant services before despatch thus reducing the risk of credit card fraud. We understand that a third party delivery address (Business address) sometimes may be prefered, this is possible however, we may request further identification and details.
VAT. Is applicable to all sales to locations in the European Union membership at 17.5% unless shipped to other VAT registered businesses. VAT is exempt for shipments outside European Union membership.
WARRANTIES. All new items are covered by a manufacturers warranty. All used equipment has an in-store warranty of 90 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT. Any claim arising from damage in transit must be made to Frets Guitar Centre within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the goods. Please check the cases and contents immediately upon receipt, and before signing for them. Goods seen to be damaged should be signed "Damaged in transit" and packaging materials should be preserved for inspection.
If the goods you receive are faulty please return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days and we will either refund, repair or replace them. We cannot accept returned goods without prior notification. This does not affect your statutory rights.
FRAUD. Acts of fraud will be reported to the necessary authorities and vigilantly pursued to prosecution..
