Payment by Credit or Debit Cards

We delivery to the registered card holders address only.  This is a requirement to limit the risk of fraud and potential disputes to the store. The card holders address is checked and authorised by our merchant services as part of our payment process and we will may be required to contact you for further information or identification if there are any issues in order to securely complete the sale.

Additional Surcharge for payment by PayPal

With PayPal's recent decision to increase their charges to businesses coupled with their policy of not returning this fee in the event of a refund means we are no longer able to subsidise this method of payment without passing on the incurred processing cost of 2.9%. This additional "Payment Surcharge" cannot be refunded in the event of a cancellation or return.

Free Shipping is applicable only to areas of the UK Mainland. Please contact us for a quotation given more remote area's including the Scottish Highlands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland before placing your order.
